Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is between SAPOT Tech PLT and users for accessing and using our proprietary software applications and services.

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement covers your use of SAPOT's hosted software applications and platform services.

2. Payment & Fees

SAPOT reserves discretion to charge fees initially or implement them later upon wider product release.

3. Limited Use Rights

Users receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the SAPOT platform and services. SAPOT retains physical control and may revoke access at any time.

4. Use Restrictions

Prohibited activities include:

• Reselling or sublicensing the platform or services
• Developing competitive solutions using SAPOT's services
• Removing proprietary notices or trademarks from products
• Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code

5. Feedback

Users agree to provide suggestions and bug reports. SAPOT may use feedback without restriction or fee in product development.

6. Intellectual Property

SAPOT maintains all rights to patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Limited access rights don't convey ownership.

7. Term & Termination

This Agreement auto-renews monthly unless terminated by either party with written notice.

8. User Sharing Restrictions

Access cannot be shared with others. All users must comply with the Terms of Use.

9. General Terms of Use

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Use within bounds of known mental health conditions
• Seek professional advice for medical emergencies
• Platform is informational only, not a medical service
• Third-party content not guaranteed accurate

10. Service Suspension

SAPOT may immediately suspend access for Terms of Use violations.

11. Confidentiality

Users must keep product details and features confidential without SAPOT's written consent.

12. Third-Party Integrations

Users consent to data sharing with integrated third-party services.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

Products and services are provided "AS IS." SAPOT disclaims all warranties. The platform and services may be modified, updated, or withdrawn at any time.

14. Indemnity

Users indemnify SAPOT for third-party claims arising from their access or misuse of the platform.

15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes are governed by Malaysian law. Parties submit to Malaysian court jurisdiction.

16. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and specific provider policies
• Prices displayed are in MYR unless otherwise indicated and may include taxes or fees where applicable
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider and are subject to their terms

17. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by provider and by the type of booking. Where a policy applies, it will be shown during checkout. If no policy is provided, contact support to request assistance.

18. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and updating your profile.

19. Acceptable Use

You must not use SAPOT for unlawful purposes or to post offensive, abusive or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

20. Liability

SAPOT provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
